Cancellation Policy
To secure group party bookings of 10 people or more, we kindly require a £50 deposit per booking, which will be deducted from your bill on the night.
We rely on your goodwill to inform us of any changes in guest numbers so that we can reallocate space to other guests and avoid wasting table covers. Your cooperation helps us ensure smooth service for everyone.
If plans change and you’re unable to attend or need to adjust your reservation time, we will gladly accommodate this up to 1 hour before your scheduled booking, subject to availability. Any changes to group numbers are acceptable and won't affect the deposit, depending on availability. However, if we do not receive at least 24-hour notice or you do not attend your reservation, unfortunately, the £50 deposit will be forfeited.
To assist us in managing table availability efficiently, you can modify your reservation through your booking confirmation. Please note that we can only hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes, and if we do not hear from you, the table will be released.
During special occasions and events like Bottomless Curry Club, New Year's Eve, we may require credit/debit card details to secure your reservation for all group sizes. Rest assured, your card details will be securely stored in compliance with industry standards. If we collect card details, failure to provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations will result in a £5 fee per person, which will be automatically charged to the card provided.
